Harvey Norman is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead customer service and repairs administration, delivering high-quality service to customers.
About the RoleThe Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer repairs & servicing, ensuring that all products are tagged correctly and liaising with our service agents & suppliers. The role also involves keeping the service database up-to-date and providing regular updates to customers on the status of their repairs.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing credit and debit invoices, claims, reconciliations, and completing required finance paperwork following company procedures.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for running weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor, advising customers of arrival of stock and organising delivery as requested by the Proprietor.

- Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a customer-focused retail business, with strong administrative skills and the ability to think on your feet. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law would be an advantage.
