Job Overview

The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for providing financial management and accounting support. This role requires a strong understanding of property accounting, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

This position involves managing finances, preparing reports, and presenting results to clients. It also requires working closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess and process outgoing accruals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, time management skills, and an ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and year-end reporting requirements, including profit & loss analysis and variance commentaries, balance sheet reconciliations and other reconciliation requirements.
  • Present monthly financial results to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assess and process outgoing accruals logic (monthly & annually) in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support annual budgets and forecasts exercises when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must hold CPA or CA qualifications, along with several years of experience as a management or financial accountant.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Time management and organisational skills, with an ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
