About the Role:

This is a critical logistics position in Perth where you will oversee event management. It's ideal for someone with experience in warehouse and crew management, specifically within events.

You will be responsible for managing logistical services including resourcing, stock control, and supervising on-site operations. The role also involves developing an events crew, training, scheduling installation and dismantlement, reviewing timesheets, and communicating with clients to manage expectations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of logistics services, including resource allocation, stock management, and warehouse coordination.
  • Lead, manage, and develop an events team ensuring satisfactory training, timely installation, and supervision on site.
  • Plan and coordinate event crew schedules for setup and removal.
  • Oversee on-site operations to ensure efficient execution.
  • Daily review and approval of staff time sheets followed by weekly submission to accounts for payroll processing.
  • Ensure proper event setup including signage, equipment, infrastructure, and staff allocation.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements, including receipt and distribution.
  • Support innovation and implementation of process improvements.
  • Foster effective communication with clients to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Participate in post-event debriefs to discuss client feedback and implement changes.
  • Maintain Occupational Health and Safety standards across all operations.
