You will be responsible for delivering administration support across all aspects of the care home operations.
You will drive, own and continually adjust the 'enquiries to arrivals' process and pipeline, for potential residents at our facility.
You will be the key point of contact who meets and tours with prospective residents for the purpose of admission to our Care Home.DutiesResponsible for driving occupancy through the execution of local area marketing and admission activities and acting as a trusted single point of contact for current and future residents, family members and other lead source generators.Management of resident administration including enquiries, admissions and maintaining occupancy targetsGeneral administration including document control, filing in line with Accreditation Agency Standards, customer service, reception etcImplementation of organisational initiatives and community events as directed by the General Manager or Corporate Head OfficeYou be responsible for manning the main reception desk and other tasks as directed by the General ManagerSkills and ExperienceMinimum of a Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experiencePrevious experience gained in a similar roleIntermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office SuiteHighly developed organisation and time management skillsThe ability to solve problems independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAn understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and OutcomesHow to ApplyClick Apply to be taken to our online application process.
