Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our manufacturing team.

As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products meet customer expectations and contribute to efficiency.

You will operate and maintain equipment to meet targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, sustainability, and morale.

Your goal is to make significant contributions to changing how the world snacks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following established procedures.
  • Produce products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery and equipment.
  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize SAP and other computer systems to support production processes.
  • Implement lean manufacturing tools like 5Y, Kaizen, and One Point Lessons to reduce losses.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Report issues to the Shift Leader or Manager as necessary.
  • Potential opportunity to work in Warehousing roles.
