Job Title

A manufacturing professional with a strong focus on quality and efficiency is needed to maintain a safe working environment, produce high-quality products, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

This role requires the ability to set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery and equipment, as well as pursue basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing techniques, safety and quality awareness, and effective communication skills.

The successful candidate will also be proficient in using IT systems for production support and have the ability to work well in a diverse work environment. A forklift license is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following established safety standards and procedures.
  • Produce high-quality products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery and equipment.
  • Pursue basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.

  • Apply lean manufacturing tools to reduce losses across the plant.
  • Clean and organize work environment.
