Job Title: Identity Access Lead
Job Description:
- As an Identity Access Lead, you will play a critical role in defining how access should be structured, requested, presented, and managed across our strategic Identity platforms.
You will lead a team of professionals to develop and implement identity lifecycle management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our business systems. Your expertise will guide the development of policies, procedures, and standards for managing user identities and access rights.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to simplify our role estate, reduce manual submission effort, and improve data insights. You will also aid in addressing legacy policies and provide actionable insights related to outlier access, overlapping access, and predictive analytics.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong technical leadership skills, a deep understanding of identity and access management principles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
