Job Overview

Crafting digital learning experiences that drive impact is at the forefront of this role. As a Digital Learning Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital content that empowers leaders to adapt, connect, and deliver.

This hands-on position involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create compelling primers, videos, microlearning, and digital learning content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn.

You will translate complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with our brand and learning outcomes. Your expertise will ensure content is inclusive, engaging, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop digital learning collections for leadership development across all levels
  • Create digital content that drives behaviour change, such as primers, videos, microlearning, and more
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to bring projects to life
  • Maintain a curious mindset, exploring emerging technologies like AI and its potential to enhance learning experiences
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
