Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of learning and development solutions, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and promote offerings.

  • This role involves working closely with senior managers to develop and implement marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new sources of income.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sector needs, priorities, and emerging trends, and be able to design and deliver targeted marketing initiatives to engage effectively with clients and secure sales.
  • The successful candidate will also have experience or exposure to child, youth, and family services and/or the community service sector, and a relevant qualification in sales/marketing/business development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote existing products and identify new opportunities.
  • Initiate and manage workflows within tight timelines, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Design and deliver targeted marketing initiatives to promote offerings and engage effectively with clients.
  • Secure sales and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
