Key Responsibilities
  1. Risk Implementation: Support the development and ongoing enhancement of enterprise risk frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Culture Promotion: Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of risk-awareness and compliance throughout the firm.
  3. Business Partnership: Work closely with business units to identify, assess, and manage key risks and regulatory obligations, providing guidance on policy development, control design, and risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Awareness Programs: Maintain effective training programs to ensure risk and compliance awareness among all stakeholders, preparing reports and insights for executive management and the Risk Committee.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in a risk and compliance role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of AFSL regulations and strong knowledge of investment or financial advice environments.
  • Communication Skills: Skilled communication and interpretation skills, with ability to deliver practical solutions.
  • Professional Certifications: Audit and compliance certifications (e.g. ICAAP, COSO).
