State Growth Leader

A successful State Manager will be a key leader responsible for driving business growth and overall success across SA and WA.
Main Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth: Achieve sales objectives, implement national strategies, and negotiate new business opportunities in partnership with National Managers.
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Train and coach direct reports, set performance objectives, and provide ongoing support to ensure all staff are properly trained and qualified.
- Champion Safety and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of OH&S and environmental matters, ensuring safe practices are followed across the state and that all activities comply with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance Market Presence: Promote Air Liquide Healthcare by building relationships with industry decision-makers, manage agent networks, and ensure wide access to products and services.
- Oversee State Operations: Manage resource allocation, conduct regular audits, and report on financial performance, new business potential, and market activity.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry
- Strong management, operations, and business development skills
- Proven leadership ability with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- High-level computer literacy, including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM/invoicing systems
