Our client, a global leader in industrial sealing solutions, is seeking aState Manager – WAto drive growth and lead a high-performing team across Western Australia.
This newly created role is based in Perth and reports directly to the National Sales Manager in Melbourne.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing, leading and mentoring a small, dynamic team across both sales and the workshop
Developing and executing regional strategies aligned with national goals
Developing and implementing tactical plans to achieve year-on-year growth across the state
Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholder to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
Driving operational excellence and team productivity

About YouYou are a results-driven leader with a passion for building strong teams and delivering strategic outcomes.
You bring:
Proven experience in technical product sales, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry
Strong leadership and team development capabilities, with demonstrated success in training, and motivating high-performing teams
Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage budgets and KPI's personally and across your team
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead through change
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
