Now, we're looking for a WA State Sales and Support Manager to join our tribe of passionate retail and trade champions. Based in sunny Western Australia, this is your chance to drive growth, inspire teams, and lead with purpose in a role that truly shapes the future of independent retail.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

As the State Sales & Support Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for all things independent hardware in your region. You'll support and grow our network of member stores, driving retail and trade excellence from the ground up — from strategy to store shelves.

- Growing the Market – Boost sales, margins and member value with smarts, strategy and community spirit.
- Leading with Vision – Inspire and lead a high-performing state team aligned with our values: Family. Village.
- Retail & Trade Excellence – Help implement national programs like Sapphire and Store of the Future, tailor-made for our DIY and trade heroes.
- Member Relationships – Be the voice of IHG in WA. Build trust, spark ideas and help members thrive through change.
- Operational Oversight – Know your P&L, love a budget, and keep everything ticking behind the scenes.

- Experienced in wholesale, trade, or retail distribution — and ready to influence at every level.
