**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of complex technical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct enterprise impact assessments to identify upstream and downstream impacts of business scenarios.
- Provide technical guidance to process leads, operations, and technical BAs to identify to-be processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Elicit and document technical and network requirements and feed them into business and technical requirements.
- Review technical specifications, architecture solutions, evaluate APIs, integration impacts, and influence solution design proactively.
- Collaborate and approve technical specifications and acceptance criteria for each epic (feature) and user story with the development team.
- Ensure the technical backlog is transparent, up-to-date, visible, and understood by the scrum team and stakeholders.
- Support the Business Acceptance Lead to monitor the progress and status of development, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance (UAT) functions through briefing sessions, timely feedback, and technical guidance.
- Validate and contribute to business scenario definition and development to ensure solutions achieve agreed-upon business outcomes.
- Champion Agile methodology systems and project management delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- 5+ years' experience working as a Network Engineer/Solution Lead with a network operation environment/Solution architect, Solution lead
- 5+ years' experience in system automation delivery programs
- 5+ years' experience with defining new products and IT solutions
- 3 years' experience in IT strategy planning and/or working on technology transformation initiatives
- Experience in designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions
- Experience in strategic and scalable product and operational delivery
- Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Product Owner/Product Manager qualification
- Experience in general business analysis in a large enterprise
- Subject Matter expert in case management best practices
- Knowledge of system testing process, environments, and execution (ST/SIT/UAT)
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to deliver outcomes with external stakeholders and customers.
