Aged Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aged Care Manager to join our team at Tradewind Australia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a remote team of direct care staff, delivering high-quality services to our clients across Gippsland and other parts of Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a dynamic strategy for direct care services that aligns with our client's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a remote team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve program milestones.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and fellow leaders to drive innovation and growth across the organization.
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with internal teams, services, and sectors to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the efficient collection and organization of data, ensuring timely compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
- Investigate and address complaints within your area of responsibility, responding swiftly and effectively in alignment with our client's established procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing remote teams, with a strong track record of delivering program objectives within service delivery and budget parameters.
- Sound understanding of monitoring and managing budgets, with the ability to critically analyze business performance.
- Medium to high level of computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs and the internet.
- Proven ability to undertake data entry, document management, and navigate between databases.
- A current driver's license is essential.
