Key Responsibilities

  • Personnel Management: Manage and develop a team of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Financial Management: Manage the facility's budget, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with our policies and procedures.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure that the facility meets all relevant quality and compliance standards, including those related to care and services, safety, and infection control.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, and communicate effectively with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) or equivalent.
  • Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care, with a strong background in operational management.
  • Skills: Well-developed communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of staff.
  • Certifications: Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
