As a senior professional, you will lead regional health safety and wellbeing strategy and mentor safety experts to shape organisational performance.
- Based in Brisbane, you will oversee multiple sites across QLD/WA, managing risk registers, audits, regulator liaison, and complex investigations.
- With your extensive experience in WHS roles, you will provide strategic leadership, drive improvement, and deliver training to enhance capability across the organisation.
We are seeking a seasoned Health Safety and Wellbeing expert to take on this challenging role, providing visionary leadership to our teams and driving organisational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HSW programs and initiatives across QLD/WA, driving proactive cultural shifts.
- Managing risk registers, incident reporting, and liaison with regulators, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentoring and coaching HSW Partners and Advisors to strengthen their capabilities, delivering targeted support for enhanced performance.
