Role Overview

This position is focused on delivering high-quality customer due diligence and transaction monitoring for wholesale banking clients. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including compliance, front office, and KYC hubs to ensure accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client data to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Perform 4-eye checks on KYC packs to ensure quality and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to obtain necessary information and resolve queries
  • Identify unusual transactions and escalate to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards, reports, and Workplace Instructions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in KYC/AML within wholesale banking/institutional banking
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • ACAMS certification or equivalent preferred but not essential
