Job Opportunity: Supporting Individuals with Disabilities

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to support diverse communities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will empower individuals with disabilities, promote their independence, and enhance their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering and light domestic tasks
  • Assist with community access, recreational activities, shopping, and transport
  • Work independently within local communities, often close to home
Essential Requirements:
  • A valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children's Check
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, mornings, and evenings
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in disability, community services, or other health disciplines
  • Experience in personal care assistance
