We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Matrix Education's Sydney CBD head office.

This opportunity is ideal for recent university graduates in Marketing, Journalism or Communication who are eager to kickstart their marketing career. The role offers the potential to grow, develop and progress into a marketing specialist position.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of marketers across digital, social, design, sales and growth. Your tasks will include assisting in planning and executing engaging content and communications to build awareness and drive interest in Matrix, Australia's fastest growing tuition college.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Develop new ideas for social content to drive communications
  • Assist in setting up effective email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Track and monitor the performance of digital campaigns and strategize for optimization
  • Be involved in student and parent outreach initiatives for marketing content and promotions
  • Collaborate with other teams to contribute toward new marketing campaign ideas

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience in using AI tools to enhance efficiency
  • Experience developing, writing, and optimizing digital campaigns
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strives for a high degree of precision
  • A keen eye and creative flair for marketing communications
  • Passion for and solid knowledge of social media platforms
  • Minimum one year of professional work experience in customer service, sales, tutoring or administration
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Journalism, Media or Communication
