Key Role in Maintenance Team Efficiency
Job DescriptionYou will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient operation of our refinery. Your primary responsibility will be to eliminate all waste from major vessel overhauls through effective planning and scheduling of service activities.
Core Responsibilities- Adhere to established protocols and standardised work practices within the Operations Centre to maximise equipment availability.
- Plan, schedule, and align major equipment and process outages to achieve business objectives and minimise losses.
- Create maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement to support the operational plan.
- Collaborate with Field Planners to provide specific information and resources as needed.
- Analyse process improvements to enhance departmental contribution to the business.
- Develop long-term schedules (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) of known equipment activities to contribute to area business objectives.
- Strong planning experience with proficiency in MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team of planners.
- High attention to detail, analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
