Strategic Valuation Specialist

This role involves providing robust valuation advice to clients across various sectors, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct transaction valuations for businesses and financial instruments
- Prepare Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders on transaction terms
- Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing, and share option valuations
- Provide corporate finance and M&A advice, covering cost of capital, capital management, and deal value analysis
- Review portfolio businesses to identify performance improvements and support investment decisions
- Experience in business valuations, managing client engagements across diverse industries
- Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment and cost of capital analysis
- Skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modeling, project management, and preparing deliverables
- Excellent consulting capabilities and client relationship skills
- Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance
