Job Overview:

About this Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Valuations Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have extensive experience in valuation advice and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality valuation services, including valuation modelling for existing properties and potential acquisitions.
  • To procure and manage the quarterly valuation program and oversee the review of statutory valuations across the portfolio.
  • To take ownership of risk analysis, report writing, and relationship building with clients.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Valuations and registration as a Certified Property Valuer or RICS registered valuer.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in valuations, advanced analytical skills, and commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence relationships and manage the valuation process.
  • Experience and knowledge of institutional grade real estate markets in one or more capital cities.
