Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Designer to shape the future of aged care training across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland.


About the Role
  • This key position involves collaborating with nurse educators and video production experts to create interactive eLearning courses that make a difference in the lives of learners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. eLearning Course Design: Design, develop, and deliver interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  2. Crafting Engaging Content: Craft courses that seamlessly integrate rich multimedia content - video, animation, simulations, and games.
  3. User Experience (UX) and Instructional Design: Enhance learner engagement through thoughtful UX and instructional design.
  4. Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring topics to life.
  5. Course Structure and Navigation: Guide course structure and navigation; work with graphic designers to visualise instructional content.
  6. Project Management: Manage course builds, updates, and content libraries across LMS platforms.
  7. Evidence-Based Practice: Apply evidence-based e-learning practices and maintain meticulous project documentation.

Requirements
  • A strong portfolio of eLearning design projects across varied audiences.
  • Deep expertise in Articulate Storyline, Rise, SCORM, and LMS tools.
  • Experience working across multiple LMS/CMS platforms.
  • Great eye for design, layout, and user experience.
  • Collaborative spirit, adaptability, and a drive to innovate.
