The Opportunity

We seek a skilled Instructional Designer to join our learning and development team.

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and focused on delivering continuous improvement through smaller change initiatives.

  • Rapidly assess and scope training needs to support transformation initiatives
  • Design and deliver responsive, high-quality learning solutions on time
  • Create engaging digital assets – video, interactive modules, and micro-learning
  • Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into learning design
  • Partner with business units to align training with capability goals
  • Translate complex processes into clear learning experiences
  • Apply instructional design principles
  • Leverage e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer who can create effective learning experiences.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in Instructional Design
  • Strong proficiency in systems, including CRM platforms and learning management systems
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software
