Digital Learning Experience Specialist

We're seeking a skilled eLearning designer to join our team and shape the future of aged care training. As a Learning Designer, you'll collaborate with nurse educators and video production experts to create engaging course content that makes a difference.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of eLearning design projects, deep expertise in Articulate Storyline, Rise, SCORM, and LMS tools, and experience working across multiple platforms. A great eye for design, layout, and user experience is also essential.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your creativity and technical skills will directly impact the learning experience for thousands of care professionals globally.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Craft courses that seamlessly integrate rich multimedia content—video, animation, simulations, and games
- Enhance learner engagement through thoughtful UX and instructional design
- Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring topics to life
- Guide course structure and navigation; work with graphic designers to visualise instructional content
- Manage course builds, updates, and content libraries across LMS platforms
- Apply evidence-based e-learning practices and maintain meticulous project documentation
