As a telecommunications expert, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end solutions for telecommunications networks.

About the Role

Independently, you will activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services in homes and/or businesses, ensuring excellent customer experiences. In collaboration with diverse teams, you will achieve customer and commercial outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
  • Manage fiber network technology, core network technology, and data services.
  • Install and maintain customer premises equipment for both consumer and business clients.
  • Perform fault finding on copper networks, including rural or remote settings.
