Network Installation Specialist

The Network Installation Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end network infrastructure deployment, ensuring customer satisfaction and network integrity.

About the Role

As a skilled technician, you will work independently to activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services in residential and commercial settings. You will collaborate with a diverse team to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, and networking.
  • Manage fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
  • Maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.
  • Perform fault finding over copper networks, including in rural or remote areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
  • Open cabling license
  • Traffic management qualifications
  • White card (industry safety)
