About the Role

This position involves working independently to activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services in residential and commercial settings, collaborating with a diverse team to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through seamless service rectification and product installations.
  • Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, and networking.
  • Manage fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
  • Install and maintain Customer Premises Equipment for consumer and business clients.
  • Fault find over copper networks, including in rural or remote areas.
Qualifications

Candidates must hold relevant licenses and qualifications, including:

  • Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
  • Open cabling license
  • Traffic management qualifications
  • White card (industry safety)
