About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will work independently to activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services in residential and commercial settings.
You will collaborate with a diverse team to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes.
Multiple positions are available across the country, with a requirement to reside in or relocate to the specified areas.

Work hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, and networking.
Manage fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
Maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.
Perform fault finding over copper networks, including in rural or remote areas.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold relevant licenses and qualifications, including:
Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
Open cabling license
Traffic management qualifications
White card (industry safety)
Support for training in traffic management and white card certificates is available.
Vaccination against Covid-19 is required unless reasonable adjustments are discussed.
