Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to fill a senior leadership role at our centre.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the Centre Director in leading the team, mentoring and building capabilities within the team, and taking charge of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to inspire and motivate your team, drive continuous improvement across all aspects of centre operations, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.

About the Role
  • Support the Centre Director to deliver high-quality early learning and care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre operations and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to achieve centre goals and objectives.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role or centre management position.
