Early Start Australia are seeking purpose driven Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Maroochydore. Opportunities also available for community outreach work in Gympie. Early Start Australia is a national multidisciplinary allied health organisation committed to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families.

Working at our Maroochydore clinic means you will be working across a combination of clinic and mobile services. We offer flexibility with full time or part time hours, or a 9 day fortnight option.

- Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and adult caseload – including direct, family-based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities
- Conduct assessments and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload, collaborating in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes
- Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support
- Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure delivery of quality services to clients
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration is a must
- Passion for working with individuals who have disabilities to help each client achieve their goals and participate meaningfully in their community
- Exceptional communication skills for working in a culturally diverse environment and collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Commitment to making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families
- Experience with children and adolescents and confidence in working closely with their families
- Compliance requirements – SPA Registration; Working with Children Check; National Police Check; NDIS workers screening; First Aid; Driver's License & Vehicle
