In This Role, You Will Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Maroochydore – Main Road Located in a bustling residential and commercial area, our centre is conveniently close to community facilities, public transport, local schools, and shops.

Our 71-place centre caters to children aged six weeks to 5 years across 4 rooms, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where they can thrive.

We are on a look out for an Assistant Director to lead and guide our passionate educators in providing a holistic approach to early childhood education, respecting and incorporating cultural needs within our centre.

Floating position between rooms and play areas, ensuring every child and educator feels supported and inspired In this dynamic role, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: 15 hours a week at the front desk (admin) and 23 hours on the floor.
