Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

As a strategic partner to the business, you will play a critical role in shaping the HR function and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support strategic growth.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with business leaders as a trusted advisor and business partner.
  • Provide expert HR consultation and advice on talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, conflict management, organizational development, and training.
  • Drive HR programs and talent initiatives within specific functions, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing stakeholder relationships, interpreting and applying industrial agreements, and providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management or related discipline; or demonstrated generalist HR experience (minimum 8 years), with strong performance management and employee relations experience.
  • Proven track record in developing stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial agreements, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
