About the Job:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume operational and aviation roles.
  • Develop and implement new HR processes and procedures to enhance employee value proposition.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to Senior Commercial Leaders.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of HR management and recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in HR policies and procedures, including employment law, compensation, and benefits.
  • Exhibit experience in implementing new HR processes and procedures and leading organisational change.
  • Possess experience in acquisitions and mergers with a focus on cultural change management.
