We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parent Mentor to provide individualised mentorship to parents, supporting them to overcome various challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging educational materials and resources, fostering a safe and supportive environment for parents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to parents, empowering them with the skills to achieve their individual employment and/or educational goals
  • Facilitating workshops and group sessions on topics relevant to parent challenges

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Personal lived experience in parenting or family support, along with relevant professional experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
