Job Summary

SAP Payroll Consultant Opportunity

This is a unique chance to leverage your skills in payroll management, implementation, and configuration. As an SAP Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for leading payroll workstreams, configuring and maintaining payroll components, and ensuring seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll workstream to drive overall project success
  • Design, configure, and maintain payroll components, including wage types, benefits integration, deductions, and reporting
  • Configure and maintain all wage types, determine taxation rules, FI mapping, info type association, and permissibility rules
  • Lead and manage payroll team members to contribute to project deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading, configuring, and implementing large enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll projects with AUS deployment experiences
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and module expertise
  • Minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations
  • Payroll Integrations
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with customer top management
  • Experience in handling incidents and error analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Understanding of Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets
