Project Scheduler Opportunity

Job Description

This role involves providing strong administrative support to project teams and developing and maintaining schedules to measure and record progress of activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify potential project schedule delays, reporting, escalating, and facilitating intervention consistent with contracted timeframes.
  • Prepare project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with project managers and team members.
  • Support the project team with the development, implementation, monitoring, delivery, and evaluation of all aspects of the project, including program, project, and risk reporting.
  • Coordinate project meetings, handling scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and documenting outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management and/or experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a diploma or better, are highly desirable.
  • Proven high-level organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and effectively deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work.
  • Successful track record in implementing and managing contract scheduling.
