We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team at Everi Pty. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the P&C Division, including data and system maintenance, rostering, payroll, and HR process coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain system data, including changing and removing access, updating employee profiles, and providing advice and support to users.
  • Coordinate and monitor rostering undertaken by all system users and ensure all users are fully trained and comply with rostering guidelines.
  • Process fortnightly payroll, maintain accurate records, and resolve payroll discrepancies where required.
  • Develop and update clear process guidelines for a variety of users and provide advice, support, and individual or group training on our HRIS systems.
  • Actively monitor all P&C Inboxes and action and/or refer requests to other team members in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise consistent with the requirements outlined in this position description.
  • Right to Work in Australia.
