About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Promotions Coordinator to support our Promotions Manager in creating and activating innovative campaigns that drive business growth and enhance ratings.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to work autonomously as part of a team. They will be responsible for supporting the briefing, project management, and post-campaign reporting of station promotions, as well as providing ad-hoc support to the Promotions Team as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the briefing, project management, and post-campaign reporting of station promotions.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Promotions Team as required.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates and post-campaign reporting.
  • Manage prize winners and support the design, build, and management of content and commercial initiatives from inception to activation.
  • Coordinate station events, including run sheets, key messaging, site-checks, and other event collateral.
Requirements
  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Social media experience, particularly with Facebook and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
