As a rehabilitation consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, both physical and psychological.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client caseloads and provide case management services.
- Apply clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes.
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs and workplace education initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal results.
- Assist individuals with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Requirements:
- Possess a qualification in exercise physiology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or osteopathy.
- Hold full professional registration with AHPRA or full professional accreditation with ESSA.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and excellent time management abilities.
- Demonstrate a desire to problem-solve and be innovative in your approach.
- Possess a current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
