About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
  • Delivering our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.
  • Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
  • Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Requirements:
  • You'll be a driven and energetic professional with a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy.
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to apply.
  • Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders.
  • Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy.
  • A current valid driver's license and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
