As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, supporting them to achieve return to health and work outcomes.

  • Manage caseloads with the support of rehabilitation assistants to alleviate administrative tasks.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
  • Work with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Collaborate with injured workers, medical, and allied health professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments.
  • Implement our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy.
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to apply.
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
  • Fabulous communication skills.
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy are essential.
  • Well-developed time management skills.
  • A current valid driver's license and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
