Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our Western Australian region. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to client families, driving performance and improving operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Mentor, coach and lead teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service to client families.
  • Deliver performance in line with budget requirements and ensure action plans are in place to continuously improve performance.
  • Establish an efficient organization structure that responds to business demand and need to deliver against objectives.
  • Recruit, develop and maintain a high performing team in the region, regularly evaluating performance and encouraging ongoing feedback.
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with operational and brand standards.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to provide exceptional customer service to client families.
  • Actively seek out growth opportunities within the region.

About You

  • Proven experience leading a geographically dispersed multi-site team, including recruiting, training and development, mentoring and instilling a service driven culture.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to articulate clear direction, with prior experience in mentoring and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to move between strategy and operational execution.
  • Ability to develop key relationships and networks in the community groups we serve.
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting abilities.
  • Proven success in delivering results that meet or exceed budgets.
  • Computer literacy and aptitude.
  • A proven ability to drive change, innovate and implement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with a desire to build effective working relationships.
  • Current Unrestricted Drivers' License.

Salary Package

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
