We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our team in Queensland, Australia.
About the Role:
- Lead and support the front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Serve as a role model, sharing your expertise and motivating the team to achieve high standards of service.
- Oversee daily tasks, ensuring they are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly.
- Work rotating shifts, including mornings and afternoons, with flexibility to work weekends and adjust to varying schedules as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Extensive background in the hospitality industry, preferably within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of guest service standards and operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a consistently positive and professional demeanor even in high-pressure situations.
- Strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently and ensuring timely completion of duties.
- Impeccable professional presentation, reflecting high organizational standards.
