Job Opportunity: HSE Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to support the HSE Manager and work closely with site managers to promote a safe and compliant working environment across our sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting in HSE Compliance & Risk Management.
  • Ensure overall compliance with HSE regulations, conduct regular site inspections, identify and mitigate hazards, implement risk controls, and support incident reporting and investigations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE systems, manage HSE documentation, support HSE software integration, and assist in producing reports and communications
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Cert IV WHS or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial or Industrial construction - Essential
  • Strong knowledge of Australian HSE regulations and standards.
  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization.
