Key Healthcare Professional Engagement Role

This is a pivotal position within our team, responsible for implementing evidence-based selling skills to establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

You will play a crucial role in promoting premium nutrition and lifetime wellness, backed by scientific expertise. The variety of work ensures opportunities to excel across multiple disciplines and explore new pathways throughout your career.

You will be working autonomously, yet collaborating cross-functionally with different teams to achieve results collaboratively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in building relationships and influencing key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated territory, meeting quarterly call rates KPIs based on a business plan covering face-to-face/virtual meetings, education sessions, and scientific meetings in private clinics and hospitals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Paediatric Nutrition & Natural Medicine to visit, build relationships, and detail key Specialists (Paediatricians) and Health Care Professionals.
  • Leverage HCP and KOL relationships in hospital accounts to drive sell-in and use of Biostime Nutrition hospital-based products.
  • Implement best practice HCP detailing, presenting, and selling process using product evidence and competitor knowledge.
  • Organize and present at state-based scientific meetings and education events for HCPs.
  • Ensure all activity and results are recorded in the CRM, exceeding KPIs with a TLAD and GABA attitude.
  • Provide insights and competitor feedback to support evolving commercial strategies and new products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in health science (e.g., Dietetics, Nutrition, or Naturopathy).
  • Proven performance (2+ years) in evidence-based selling to HCPs and field territory management.
  • Solid understanding of the competitor landscape.
  • Ability to identify product USPs and apply them in influential conversations with HCPs.
  • Strategic planning, building plans that ignite growth and create joint value.
  • Researching health statistics and clinical research to detail healthcare professionals.
  • Strategically developing and implementing a territory business plan to facilitate efficiencies in field.
  • Understanding stakeholder mapping and management in a hospital setting.
  • Initiating relationships and connections with multiple HCP customer types in various settings.
