We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Water Services Coordinator.
About The Role- This position is pivotal in coordinating operations, leading a talented team, and engaging with our community to address their needs.
- Provide high-level support and recommendations to our water services team members.
- Prioritise, investigate, respond and or attend to customer complaints and queries in relation to water and sewerage issues.
- Assist with the enforcement and implementation of legislation, standards and policies.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective development, management and completion of capital works projects.
We are looking for a candidate that possesses a blend of technical knowledge and leadership skills. You must be passionate about the water industry, and a driven individual dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
Key Requirements- Certificate III in Water Operations and/or equivalent demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in water and wastewater infrastructure and project management.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in supervising or leading teams.
