Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support and recommendations to water services engineers
  • Prioritise, investigate, respond, and attend to customer complaints and queries related to water and sewerage issues
  • Assist with the enforcement and implementation of legislation, standards, and council policies
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective development, management, and completion of capital works projects
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Water Operations or equivalent demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in water and wastewater infrastructure and project management
  • Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in supervising or leading teams
