About the RoleAs the Water Services Coordinator in Wee Waa, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our water services are efficient, effective, and meet the highest standards. This role is pivotal in coordinating operations, leading a talented team, and engaging with our community to address their needs.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Provide high-level support and recommendations to our Water Services Engineers
- Prioritise, investigate, respond and or attend to customer complaints and queries in relation to water and sewerage issues
- Assist with the enforcement and implementation of legislation, standards and Council policies
- Ensure timely and cost-effective development, management and completion of capital works projects

About YouWe are seeking a candidate that possesses a blend of technical knowledge and leadership skills. You must be passionate about the water industry, and a driven individual dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
In addition, we are seeking the following:
- Certificate III in Water Operations and/or equivalent demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in water and wastewater infrastructure and project management.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in supervising or leading teams
